Note on eligibility and attendance

Registration and deregistration by 1 September, 2025. 

In order to be eligible for this program, you must be a regular international degree-seeking M.A. or PhD student.

We can acommodate 20 people in the program. Once you have signed up, participation is mandatory. So please make sure that you will have time to attend this welcome program and clear your schedule for the two days!

PLEASE NOTE: Because the number of participants is limited to 20 people, we rely on your attendance. If you don't show up, you will take away someone else's spot. Please mind that we have arranged reservations for 20 people which will otherwise not be filled. 

We will issue a confirmation of attendance stating that you have taken part in the program.
